Help for Laptops Download a Help Request Ticket By putting a laptop computer in the hands of all faculty members and eventually all of its students, Guerin Prep hopes to change the face of learning for students and provide the best college preparation possible. But putting a laptop computer in the hands of 60 faculty members and 350 students also provides a sure recipe for major technical challenges and headaches. But never fear, Mr. John Pham, Guerin Prep’s new network analyst, has created Guerin Prep’s very own Mash Unit, complete with a squad of technicians and interns, ready to take on any emergency and provide everything from triage to major surgery. |
